Lead Pastor:
Dan Milette

An ordained minister with over twenty years of ministry experience, Dan pursues a clearly defined vision for modern church ministry. A North Shore native, Dan served nearly a decade in full-time ministry in New York, Ohio and Missouri before returning to his hometown area in October, 2007 to lead DCN. Dan’s passions include his relationship with Jesus, his wife of 20 years, his four sons, reaching unchurched and dechurched people with Christ’s love, and to identify, develop and empower spiritual leaders.


Worship & Children:
Rebekah Milette

Raised in a family of talented musicians, Rebekah’s passion for modern worship music is unmistakable. Singing and playing the keyboard are just two of the ways she demonstrates her contagious love for God. As a mother of four, Rebekah knows how important a dynamic and engaging kid’s ministry is, and that’s what she has committed to see built at DCN.

The Milette’s have a history with DCN: Rebekah moved from Indiana to Danvers over 20 years ago and attended the church for a year before meeting Dan. She was actively involved in the young adult group, and made a decision to follow Christ through that ministry. Before leaving to serve in ministry with Dan, she led worship at DCN on a regular basis. The Milette’s had their wedding shower at the church in 1991, and their wedding ceremony was officiated by Dr. Ken Mills, a former pastor of the church.

Pastoral Care & Administration:
Jen Endicott

Born with spina bifida, Jen grew up facing many trials in her life which God used to shape her into the person she is today. After years of searching for something to fill that God-sized hole in her heart, she came face to face with the unconditional love of Jesus through an amazing chain of events that only God could orchestrate. Today, Jen has a passion for helping others discover the unconditional love of Jesus and to provide spiritual care and emotional support while walking with them as they grow in their journey toward deeper discipleship.
