Hyun Joon (Elisha) Cho
A native of South Korea, Elisha was raised in the United Kingdom during his formative years. Serving with a missional, visionary, Spirit-led leadership style, Elisha focuses his efforts on fostering discipleship and spiritual maturity within our church while reaching the lost in the North Shore and beyond.
Pastor Elisha is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene with an M.Div. and Th.M. degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. His wife Sarah, a doctoral candidate in counseling psychology, and their young son Leo and daughter Chesed Joy, join him in pursuing God’s call with a passion that inspires.
Allen is currently studying at Nazarene Bible College. He is happily married to the love of his life, Jonelle. Jonelle and Allen have a strong love for being foster parents and currently have two teenage children in their care.
Allen believes God has ordained his steps, to be here at DCN, through millions of small steps that have lead him to this season. He hopes “to equip our children with tools as they grow in ministry” by teaching children of all ages to get to know Jesus where they are at.
Originally from North Providence, Rhode Island, Steven moved to Peabody in 1998. He arrived at DCN in the fall of 2013 and has steadily become more involved with the life of the congregation since that time. Steven focuses his efforts on the technical and production side of the worship service. He also enjoys planning the potluck and dinner events hosted by the church.
Steven is in the process of attaining his local minister’s license. He received a Bachelor of Science in Religion – Christian Ministries degree from Liberty University and currently participates in the Ministry Preparation Program offered by Nazarene Bible College. Steven’s family consists of his daughter Shannon, his son Brandon, and his two grandsons Jayden and Wyatt.
Brenda is a life long member of DCN. She was born and raised in this church. In 2007 Brenda married her husband Ron at DCN and is currently raising their two children, Aidan and Ava, in the church. Brenda has been blessed to served DCN in many ways throughout her life. She started teaching Sunday School as a teenager and then grew into becoming Sunday School Superintendent. She has served on the Church Leadership Team [Church Board] on multiple occasions and is thrilled to reprise her role as administrator for her church family.
